Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Ikonnivov. V mobile applications (the "Service") operated by Ikonnikov V. ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Ikonnikov V. cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your Apple subscription management.

Fee Changes

Ikonnikov V., in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

Ikonnikov V. will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ikonnikov V. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Ikonnikov V..

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

Ikonnikov V. Privacy Policy

Ikonnikov V. ('us', 'we', or 'our') operates the Ikonnikov V. mobile applications (the 'Service'). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal Information when you or your child use our Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

Information Collection And Use - While using our Service, we may ask you (the parent) to provide us with certain information that can be used to contact or identify you as the parent. This information may include your email address. We collect this information for the purpose of providing the Service, identifying and communicating with you (the parent), responding to your requests/inquiries, servicing your purchase orders, and improving our services like sending updates about your child’s progress. Ikonnikov V. collects the minimal amount of information from users necessary for the app to work. Ikonnikov V. members may draw or take photos in the app, which can be emailed to parents as part of the service if the parental email and parental permission is provided. If we do not have your email, then it will remain solely on the device.

Non-personal information - When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, and your mobile operating system. In addition, we use third-party services such as Firebase in order to increase our Service's functionality. This information is for internal use only and is encrypted.

Communications - We may use your (the parent) Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you (the parent). You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

Compliance With Laws - We will disclose your personal Information where required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement or to protect the security or integrity of our Service. Business Transaction - If Ikonnikov V. is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your personal Information may be transferred as a business asset. In such cases, we will provide notice before your personal Information is transferred and/or becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Security - The security of your Information is important to us, and we strive to implement and maintain reasonable, commercially acceptable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information we store, in order to protect it from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the personal Information we have collected from you.

International Transfer - Your information, including personal Information, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information, including personal Information, to the United States and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Children's Privacy

We have designed our app for parents and their young children. Ikonnikov V. is committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. We do not intend Ikonnikov V. for use by children under the age of 13 without parental supervision. In addition, users must be 13 or older to be eligible to register for a Ikonnikov V. account. We have taken measures so features are age-gated, so that they’re not for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 in connection to those features.

Ikonnikov V. also takes measures to prevent children from submitting personal information to us and prevent children from accessing features that may collect or publish such information. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your Children have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from children under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we remove that information from our servers.

We take additional steps to protect children’s privacy, including: 1) Notifying parents about our information practices with regard to children 2) Limiting our collection of information to no more than is reasonably necessary to deliver our learning experiences.

Ikonnikov V. in Schools - For services like Ikonnikov V. that are strictly educational, COPPA allows schools special permissions to provide consent for services that are strictly educational. Under best practices, if a teacher chooses to act in loco parentis by using Ikonnikov V. in the classroom, we advise them to review our Terms of Use and Policies closely, work with their school to obtain written consent for, to keep that consent on file, and to notify parents of Ikonnikov V.’s Terms of Use and Policies. Ikonnikov V.’s Terms of Use and policies are always publicly available on our website and app for review. In addition, we do not collect, use, or disclose personal information from a child if the Teacher User acting in loco parentis does not provide consent.

Data Retention - Ikonnikov V. also retains data only as long as it is necessary to provide the service. If it is no longer needed, we delete data from our records within a reasonable timeframe. If you want to opt out of services, or review or delete your information, please contact us.

Changes To This Privacy Policy - This Privacy Policy is effective as of December 6, 2020 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page. We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us, or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
